Kayla Herrera: I am a video games writer for Metal Arcade, freelance writer for WHOA Magazine, a music writer for CHAOS Magazine and I am a blogger for Scholarships.com. I am currently a fourth year at Michigan Tech University majoring in Communications and minoring in Journalism. Also, I am an avid videogamer on PC, Xbox360, PS1, PS2, Sega Genesis and SNES/NES. I grew up playing video games, as a family, so you can blame my dad. I was told he was playing Altered Beast on Sega Genesis the week I was born. And I sat by his side, watching him play games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill and Soul Reaver until I finally picked up a controller for myself.
